Experiencing the symptoms of chronic illness can be exhausting. We’re here for some light at the end of the tunnel. And by light we mean infrared.

Studies show that consistent use of infrared sauna can actually prevent, reduce or even reverse the impact of chronic illnesses. It kind of sounds too good to be true. But this works, and takes a lot less effort than most treatments. Here’s how it happens:

Infrared saunas heat from the inside out (rather than the outside in like traditional saunas.) These rays are heating your cells.

When our cells get heated by at least 3 degrees for a slightly extended period of time, it sparks a detoxification response. Cell detox means more oxygenation of tissues, more blood supply, more deeply seated toxins eliminated.

Simply put, this is safer and more effective than a lot of other methods. We could go on about it, but it’ll be way easier to just try a sauna sesh.
